Shower amenities were impressive — luxurious soaps that I truly appreciated. The early access to our room was a nice touch, which unfortunately stood in stark contrast to the disarray we encountered. Granola crumbs and someone else’s toenail? Noise from neighboring guests made the nights unbearable, and the front desk staff lacked professionalism—rudeness does not belong in customer service. Reservations were a gamble; some were accommodated without one while we were turned away. Housekeeping’s presence often hindered access to our rooms. With potential, this experience fell short. Improvements are necessary to restore trust.

My favorite property in Waterloo. I loved this wonderful hotel, especially new-fashioned rooms and favourable location. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television.

Every time we stay in Waterloo, like to stay here. The venue is clean and reasonably spacious with very, very NICE staff members. Make sure to get superior king room with these bags to have been missed as well as comfortable beds. The location of the hotel is nice, near shopping outlet, the finger lakes, and cafe.

The Spa at Del Lago was the highlight of my visit. The staff were friendly and the services exceptional, truly enhancing my stay. The elegant Portico area added a touch of luxury, making it a perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend this retreat for anyone looking to relax!

Everything was simply great. Loved our stay, had great 1 day overall. The stuff were amiable and accommodating day and night.

The room was beautiful and clean, with two plush robes in the closet adding a special touch. Comfortable bedding ensured a good night’s sleep, but the noise from a nearby guest's altercation disturbed our rest. The temperature control worked well, keeping the room cozy. we found granola and a strange toenail in the bed, raising hygiene concerns. The quality of shampoos and lotions was impressive, but the unexpected state of the room detracted from the experience. More restaurant options and a pool would enhance the resort feel. The coffee corner had ample K-cups, catering well to coffee lovers.

The security features are top-notch; you need your room key for the elevator. The on-site café serves really good food, and I loved the luxurious bathroom decor.

I found some breadcrumbs on the nightstand and the shower gel was empty.

Our room wasn't ready on arrival, forcing us to wait over an hour. The front desk wasn't very helpful, and I ended up dragging my bags through the casino, which was super frustrating.

great location and comfortable beds

Our room at Del Lago had a comfortable king bed, but it was quite high, making it difficult for me to climb into it being petite. The HVAC system in the neighboring units was loud and kept me awake at night, which was a bit bothersome. Thankfully, the layout of the room and bathroom was great, and I managed to fix a running toilet on my own to save water. Unfortunately, we faced some challenges during our stay. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, as we found granola scattered on the furniture and even someone else's toenail in the bed, indicating that the sheets were not changed properly. there were issues with housekeeping service as our room was not cleaned despite multiple requests left on the door. the room decor was very pretty, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The casino had a nice restaurant, but the inconvenience of having to walk through the casino to access it was a downside, especially for families with underage members. The staff, especially Supervisor Kurt, was helpful in recommending alternative dining options in the area.

The staff here is fantastic, making for a really relaxing stay overall. the units are a great size and super comfy, especially the beds. the breakfast offered is excellent too, with a wide variety of meals to choose from. 🍽️.

Del Lago Resort & Casino Review. Our double room was beautifully decorated, making for a pleasant stay. the addition of a fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe added to our comfort. the hotel boasts a fantastic location, conveniently close to the outlet shopping and the Outlets, as well as the America concert venue.

Omg, the view from my room was breathtaking, like a dream! 🌟 but, the room was a trek from the elevators. For the price, not sure i'd return. Staff was sweet though. Great time overall! ⭐
